By booking your spot, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Deposits & Payments

 

Deposit: €500 per person (non-refundable, non-transferable) — due upon accommodation booking to secure your spot.

​

Final date to book with a deposit only: September 10, 2025. After this date, full payment is required upon booking.

​

Early Bird Rate: €1,750

• Available for bookings made through August 30, 2025

• Remaining balance due: September 1, 2025

​

Regular Rate: €1,850

• Applies to bookings made from August 31–September 10, 2025

• Remaining balance due: September 10, 2025

​

Late Bookings: From September 11, 2025 onward, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

​​

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

​

Cancellations on or before September 1, 2025: May receive a partial refund of the balance paid (deposit excluded), at the organizer’s discretion.

​

Cancellations after September 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

​

If the organizer cancels, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

​

Travel & Insurance

​

•  Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from Santa Cristina Castle.

 

• A van for up to 8 persons + luggage can be arranged via Santa Cristina Castle (please arrange independently by contacting them).

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

Liability

 

• By joining the retreat, you acknowledge that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in retreat activities.

 

• The organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or theft during the retreat.

 

•  Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Add-Ons & Optional Activities

​

• Optional treatments and excursions (e.g., horseback riding, massages, e-bike rental, thermal spa excursion, Lake Bolsena excursion, Fra Viaco lunch + transportation) are not included and can be booked separately via the Castle: https://santacristina.it/

Q: What is included in the retreat price?
A: Accommodation, breakfast, daily wellness activities, and group sessions are included.

Lunch and Dinner at the Castle, as well as Optional add-ons, are not included in the retreat price.

Q: Are flights and airport transfers included?
A: No. Flights and transfers to/from Santa Cristina Castle are not included, but van service can be arranged through the Castle.

Q: Is the deposit really non-refundable?
A: Yes. Deposits help us secure the venue and staff, and are therefore non-refundable.

​

Q: What should I bring?
A: Comfortable clothes for yoga and activities, layers for varying weather, swimwear, and any personal items you need.

​

Q: Is there WiFi at the retreat?
A: Yes, the Castle provides WiFi.

​

Q: Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
A: Yes, please email us your needs at least two weeks before the retreat.
