Cancellation Policy
Retreats: Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

Workshops: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

Covid and Liability Policy
Our guests’ health and well being are our top priority at St Barths Wellness Retreat and Workshops.
Under the Terms and Conditions Tab on our website, please find two mandatory forms: 1) Retreat Waiver and Release of Liability 2) Covid-19 Acknowledgement, Liability and Release of Claims.

Please download each form, read, sign and email to: sbhwellnessretreat@gmail.com no later than 5 days prior to retreat (November 28 2021).

Your Experience Begins After Booking
Once you have reserved your experience, please send us your flight confirmations sbhwellnessretreat@gmail.com.
Our Co Facilitators will then get back in touch with you to schedule a personalized Zoom meeting to connect and answer any questions you may have for the retreat; We will also provide you with some of our favorite wellness podcasts and books that will get your creative juices following before your retreat.
